I am Dr. Sheral Kachpile, Founder & Director of HLC Physio & Rehab. With my Masters degree in Cardiovascular & Respiratory Physiotherapy, done from the prestigious KEM Hospital Mumbai, my motive was to have an exclusive Pulmonary,cardiovascular & diabetes rehabilitation centre for individuals with heart & vascular disease, Lung Disease & diabetes and who are in utmost need of cardiopulmonary physiotherapy , especially in the vicinity of Vasai & Virar, as well as to create awareness and educating the people about the significance and benefits of physiotherapy in heart & lung diseases,vascular diseases & diabetes.

On the same page, with the blessings of almighty, my family & friends,senior doctors & collegues we started HLC Physio & Rehab- a pulmonary cardiovascular & diabetes rehabilitation center on 5th May 2021, and earlier in May 2022 we celebrated our 1st rehab centre Anniversary.
Heart Lung care Physio & Rehab is an exclusive dedicated rehabilitation center designed for patients with heart & lung diseases,vascular disease & diabetes as well as lifestyle disorders.
At Heart Lung Care Physio & Rehab we assess & educate the individual about the disease condition and we enroll them in Rehab program which includes Breathing exercises, exercise training as prescribed by our cardiovascular & respiratory physiotherapist, over course of specific number of sessions, dietician consultation & pyschological support as needed and we also arrange different health camps, cardiopulmonary awarensss programs, support groups , webinars,music & singing sessions to help our patients and families along with Rehabilitation program. Being the only privately run rehabitation center dedicated to cardio-pulmonary physiotherapy care in vasai- virar, we have gained significant coverage in the vicinity of Virar to Goregaon. For our patients who are unable to visit us, HLC Physio & Rehab also offers Home Visits, along with country-wide online services.
With one goal in mind, that is compassionate care for all, we are proud to have touched lives of more than 500 patients over the last one year and we shall always strive to constantly provide dedicated care to all individuals with cardiovascular & pulmonary diseases & diabetes.

- The centre is well equipped with physiotherapeutic equipements like treadmill,stationary cycle, oxygen concentrator,portable ecg monitor,nebulizer, dumbells & therabands required for strength training,incentive spirometer & device required for airway clearance & instrument for measuring blood pressure, pulse oximeter, weighing machine & other necessary equipements required for Rehabilitation.
- Documentation of assessment & clinical findings is done & Improvement in patient’s health is provided through recovery & progress reports & reassesments & monthly followups are scheduled,once the patient enrolls in Rehabilitation
